dunganick
I bit of an edit of that shot. Pretty heavy crop so its not quite as sharp. Nope no plans to be a pro, if only it was that easy. Some money out of it would be nice, as i enjoy it and a hobby that paid would be fairly novel. But for now its just fun. Thruxton next sunday for BTCC meeting, managed to secure a media pass for it through a local newspaper. So should be a learning experiance. richie1606
Awesome photo's. Went to watch them at Oulton Park last Monday really good racing. One of the few professional sports where you can get close to the racers and have a chat and get autograph's ect.

dunganick
Thankyou all for your kind comments, its much appreciated. This weekend is going to be excellent, although im a little daunted about going trackside with the big boys as it were. Out of interest, what would you guys consider a reasonable amount for an A4 A3 and A2 print of these sort of photos. Including delivery. I am in the process of setting up a website, and want to get some realistic prices set out.

Out of interest, what would you guys consider a reasonable amount for an A4 A3 and A2 print of these sort of photos. Including delivery. I am in the process of setting up a website, and want to get some realistic prices set out. Lets start the ball rolling. Would people consider these prices reasonable. £13 for an A2 print (no frame, just pro quality print) £10.50 for A3 £7.50 for A4 £5 for Full res. electronic copy. Depending on Postage costs of A3 and A2 These are slightly lower than most other photographers offer. But its Mr Average Joe i want to appeal to, not other togs. Markio
Nick, I haven't looked at their pricing for a long time but i know www.deviantart.com have a prints scheme. If you pay for a prints account/service i think you take something like 90% of the profits from your prints sold through the site. It might also give you an idea of what the going rate is in general for various sizes and paper types. if you need any help give me a shout. dunganick
I use a similar system on smugmug, which i use for my hosting. However its an american site, so its all in $ and ive never had anything bought from there. The reason i ask is that i have access to professional printing equipment, so i can make sure of the quality of prints. Most shots need adjusting before printing to allow for the changes in colours. However ive never tried smugmug, so they may well be fine. I considered getting a Diviant art account but ive already got a flickr and smugmug, a 3rd one would make for too much confusion i think
