MC
47/50 for me this morning at my local, I also shot a card with my new 28 bore and put in a fairly respectable 35/50. I was happy with that.

malkiserow
Well I got 3 out of 3 but it was how I did it that I loved...... A full semi, hit the rabbit, up flew 2 pigeons and hit each of those with the other carts. I've shot 3 birds before but not a ground/air combo.
George1990
Badly. Took a new gun (new to me) out. First time I've used a side-by-side. Think I prefer it to the O/U. It's choked half and full, so that's obviously why Got 36/100  Then dad and I went for a walk and we took four shots to bring down an easy pigeon
Peter De La Mare
83/100 at an extremely wet and windy Caterham today. Got robbed of 2 kills, but happy with 83, and another class win (hopefully).

Chard
Went to Doveridge today with my eldest son to shoot a registered comp **** me, that was a bit of a joke. It would have been a tough course anyway, by the look of it, but the gale force wind made it a bit silly. Many of the clays wouldn't get up out of the tree line at all, so you just took potshots through the branches Half of them were technically no birds, but there was no point in making an issue of it, it wasn't their fault and if you took the pair again they'd be all over the place as well. Some of the more experienced shots were succeeding in cobbling together some kind of half decent score, but I didn't know where to start really, to be honest, and ended up with an astounding 57 I saw Claybuster there, I don't think he was doing too badly, but I don't think he'll have finished on his usual high score Edited November 1, 2009 by Chard

Markio
33/50 with the pump action during a ******* monsoon at St Osyth. On two stands the rain shot directly into your eye balls as you looked for the bird. Great laugh, everyone walking about like they had just carped themselves has trousers were just wet through and it was most uncomfortable to move at all. I was so wet through that i drove home in my pants and t-shirt while sitting on my jumper. Or did i dream it....

Markio
Fess up, have you been smoking again? Are you now smoking on a daily basis? Naughty Nope, binned what i had after the 3 acres shoot. I had 1 on my birthday, and 1 today and that it's it. However, there just doesn't seem to be enough booze about at the moment, i've got the urge to rob MEs place.

Started off great did half the shoot and was only two down but when you went up the valley some of them teal blew into the next county and the misses out numbered the kills with 2 from 8 twice so I managed to finished on 76. But it was hard work for the brave or daft people that ventured out. rgds keith
Peter De La Mare
73/96 at the JJ's Charity shoot today. I thought it was an utterly poor performance again from me, but high gun was only a pair of 80/96. Mungley 79 (4th overall after a shoot-off for 3rd place) My buddy John got 77 Me 73 BrokenMan 72 MC 71 Bagsy 69 Matt 60 Mrs BM 54 What's worse is that somehow Kent won the team shoot 299 to our 293. Not sure how that happened as the top 4 from Essex got 301.
