firearms uk started a petition on the government petition site wanting to bring back .22 target pistol shooting. despite it being advertised on here, all over facebook and other shooting sites and basc emailing all their members about it the petition currently stands around 16,000 signatures. needs 100,000 to get discussed in parliament. goes to show apathy amongst our community has never been higher. we'll sadly never even get .22 pistols back, let alone anything else.

sounds like you've got the diet nailed, try cutting the training right back for two weeks (you are meant to take breaks now and again anyway to let both CNS recover as well as muscles/tendons) and see how you feel. depending on circumstances sometimes with training less is more.
