Huskies sometimes just lose the fuel pipe connection to the carb, if so that is just a push fit. David.

The British market for this type of SUV isn't huge. Soft roaders do sell in droves I agree. As I said earlier there have always been variants to the Jimny but they never made it into the UK. David.
-
It isn't going to be bigger. There are huge tax benefits in Japan for the short overall length. I would like a longer one as well but we aren't a big enough market. David.
-
I've had two Jimnys and neither of them wouldn't go in a straight line. Your rental had probably been "kerbed" very hard or seriously lacked tyre pressure on one side.# David.
-
Just out of interest, can you still insist on being paid in real money, or has the act been repealed? David.
-
They never sold any other versions of the original Jimny in this country even though there were variants in other countries. David.

The square shape is very like a small G Wagen to my eyes. With the current political climate, no real surprise that there isn't a diesel. David.
-
I think you might struggle then, the 325 stopped being made some time before Browning introduced invector plus chokes. David.
-
Look on the BASC website and see if you can have a try under the wildfowling scheme. Might be better to see if you fit in first. David. PS. I don't know where "northwest" on your location is precisely but we might have a vacancy next season on the Rhyl and Conwy. David.
-
Do you mean a 525? The later ones of them are invector plus. David.
-
I don't think I would want to run a diesel engine for 20K without an oil change. David.

Well a grand slam bomb did back in the 1940s. The original quote I was disagreeing with was this " Terminal velocity is about 125 miles per hour . Any thing dropped from the air cannot free fall any faster than terminal velocity" I agree terminal velocity for any chosen object is just that "terminal velocity" but it is hugely variable. David.
-
Your local auction is worth a look, I got a pair of Leitz 10 x 40s for £28 + the commission. David.
-
That was my point, it varies from object to object, not about 125mph which was something like the number mentioned. David.
-
Yes but the original statement was that it was a fixed speed for any item. Drop a feather and a dart and have a look. It is an experiment easily repeated and the results will be the same each time. David.
-
Sorry, did my degree in physics, I am afraid I am right. If your theory was right a fighter jet couldn't break the sound barrier in a dive and that is demonstrably false. I agree nothing can fall faster than terminal velocity, but terminal velocity is not fixed. It is a variable dependent on g, drag and the aerodynamic properties of the falling object. David.
-
Sorry, terminal velocity is a movable amount depending on the shape, density and a few other things. A feather's terminal velocity is pretty low a brick's a lot faster and the Barnes Wallis "Grand Slam" at ten tons spin stabilised and very aerodynamic went supersonic before impact. David.

I think the 810 is gas operated. At least mine is. A good clean inside the foreend and the gas vents might help. David.

What Species Do You Enjoy Eating The Most ?

Vegan, when I can get it!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😁 David. -
Good luck. They are very god guns. David.

By the way, I have a LH Webley and Scott plastic and camo job which I picked up for peanuts and apart from not liking any cartridge less than 70mm which with a 3.5" chamber is pretty normal has been totally reliable on the marsh. David.

Left handed autos aren't so easy to find. You might struggle to find one in Beretta or Browning. Benelli or Franchi might be worth a good look. David.
-
Just remember, it is the county boundaries as they were in 1954 that counts. (Not 1952 as I stated earlier, sorry.) Not the current county boundaries. David.
-
This is a bit of a can of worms. You can shoot in some counties on a Sunday, but beware the county boundaries are those that were in place when the legislation was passed. (1952 I think) This is one of those times your BASC membership will pay off as they have the definitive answers. David.
