  1. Morning Mel. I know I have your PP address - but I can't find it! Can you send me a PM please so I can send you the necessarries!
  2. Put me down for one please, Mel. PM your payment preference and I'll get the carrier pigeon warmed up. I just hope nobody shoots it en-route!
  3. I watched it last week, and have a recording to catch up on. I have been very impressed by what these blokes can produce in such a short time.
  4. Just what I was thinking. Still, it's her arm and her money, I suppose.
  5. Hi Jon .... welcome to PW!
  6. I've had a Silverline dremel type tool for years. I know it's in the shed somewhere ............................................................................... !!

    EU In or out

I am dreading the backlash after the referendum, because as much as I hope we leave the EU, I don't think we will, and the likes of Germany and France will take great delight in rubbing our noses in it and making us jump through even more hoops - and there won't be a damn thing that we can do abourt it.
  8. Dynamo is one of the few 'magicians' that make me ask myself "how the hell did he do that?" A lot of the stuff must be very well staged, but the up-close-and-personal tricks are sometimes just ..... er ...... magic!

    Religion

I expect it's more a case of being the done thing to do for most people. Getting married in a church doesn't necessarily mean a belief in god any more than being married in a registry office means the people are atheists.
  10. There's nothing wrong with Chinese manufacturing. If you want cheap 'n cheerful, they can do it, but if you want really good quality, they can do that too. Makita are great tools - just watch out for light-fingered 'workmates' if you use them on a site.
  11. HW97K. The bunnies and pigeons won't know that it hasn't got a real moderator. You can convert the existing one with a kit for about £8 to give a quieter report.
  12. It really depends on what your 'normal' shooting distance will be e.g., if you shoot at a constant +/- 30 yards, then that's the distance to zero it. As a general "rule", 30 to 35 yards is about right for most hunting scenarios, but it really comes down to the type of shooting you do. I forgot to add that for a springer, I normally zero at around 20/25 yards, and about 30/35 for a pcp.
  13. Great looking rifle! I had a Rossi 38/357 for a while, and it was great fun to shoot. If you use a 357 on bunnies, though, they might come out looking like pulled Thumper.
  14. I've lived abroad for nearly 28 years, and I'll stick to the UK now whatever happens.
  15. This will, of course, be reported as a resounding success for the licensing of airguns in Scotland.

    EU In or out

I'm not sure which country you're referring to - Wales, England or the UK in general, but this "small" country is subsidising a lot of other countries, many of which are already in the EU and there's plenty more on the waiting list trying to get their share. Vote to stay in by all means, but I don't think it's the way to go.
  17. Here are a few to be going on with:- http://www.eureferendumfacts.org/
  18. On the plus side, the Brexit's will hopefully put this leaflet under the microscope, and if "Dave" tries to add anything to it or change anything when he starts to take flak, he'll be told to do one, because it wasn't on his list. I think he might have cocked-up on this one. I certainly hope so, anyway.
  19. All I seem to see and hear on 'news' programmes is propaganda from the "IN" camp. There is very little being shown from the "OUT" camp.
  20. Feisty little things - definitely dynamite in a small package! Fantastic photo.
