Hornet 6
Excellent..... Good job they dont grow to 30lb like some of those farmed carp ! Want to explain that, farmed carp bit ? The rivers and lakes in this country are full of fully natural carp that reach 30lb and over with no help from us. Neil.

Dougy
nice fish  A little tip, if you are targeting Barble i would not use anything less than 10lb line, ive had quite a few off the Dove and it definately would not be the norm to use anything less

Raja Clavata
Nice one. My favourite UK freshwater fish. I am missing my barbel fishing. In the 05/06 season I caught exactly 170 barbel into double figures, catching at least one fish every month of the season (just!). Still have tickets on the Lower Teme and Middle Severn but haven't got up there yet this year. Last season's tally was 2 fish in 2 hours completed within the first three hours of the season. I wish you many more memorable fish! BR Raja
