just received one of these from shootwarehouse £23 there advertised as:(We especially asked for reinforced stitching on heavily stressed areas like the base of the bag and the shoulder strap attachments ensuring you years of good service at an unbeatable price!) used it today for first time and stitching on base came away not impressed i would avoid this product as it is clearly flawed .

Send it back to us, I'll have a ganders at it and if the manufacturer has stitched it badly then I will of course replace your hold all FOC.

 

You're the first one to monkey one up, and having sold quite literally shedloads of them it was about time someone got a dodgy one and I apologise on behalf of the manufacturer.

I thought this section was about gear and its performance(Talk about that new gadget you have got which promises the earth but does it live up to its reputation?

or am i not allowed to talk about faulty gear because its from a sponsor.

I would send it back but im still waiting for stuff i ordered from them on12th,and when i phoned up to complain about the delay i was told by man on phone to "to get off my high horse or he would not sell me the stuff "some customer service that had i not already paid for the stuff i would of gone elsewhere.so doubt theres much use returning it to be messed around some more. ill put some gaffer tape over split its less hassle

If you spoke to the guy on the phone with the same attitude you have in your e-mails no wonder he told you to get of your high horse.

 

No product has a 100% success rate and occasionally things are not right but normally a polite phone call will sort most things out. Why would any sponser on this site mess us about deliberately he would soon lose all the business that he could expect to gain.

 

Give them a far chance to solve your issues before complaining on here and if they dont solve them to your satisfaction then we would be interested.

how would you be if youd been waiting for goods for 18 days despite several phone calls promising goods will be there tomorrow,waiting in all day for delivery for it not to come,then phoning next day to be asked what you had ordered and told to get off your high horse .you must be on commission or a friend.

Anybody who posts about bad service, or problems with products from any Supplier, should have discussed the matter fully with the Supplier to give them a chance to rectify the matter, before complaining on here.

 

You have been asked to telephone Will Beasley and return the item.

Its your choice whether you do that, or not, but the offer has been made.

Without getting involved in a slanging match, i have never bought from the sponser in question and do not know him personally that is not to say i will not buy from him in the future.

 

I hope you are able to resolve your problems with him and if the person on the phone is rude to you again ask to speak with the boss because one thing for sure he will remember you now.

Nothing wrong with this holdall Jab, I know people that have used them for ages.

 

Yours split so it was clearly manufactured badly and I am sure you will be fully sorted out by Will and team at UKshootwarehouse.

 

Think your self lucky you didn't buy it from Deben as they would have told you to go **** yourself!

I'm really sorry about the delay with your order. Please bear in mind that we are EXTREMELEY busy. There's 7 of us going like **** here all day dispatching between 40-50 packages a day. But I guess thats because we do good gear at good prices. Sorry about that! You are of course free to cancel you order and buy from another supplier, if you really think we're a bunch of jackasses. The reason you were asked "what you had ordered" was because some items have been out of stock so it was just a question to see if, perhaps, you had ordered something which was known to be out of stock.

 

Now......I've offered to replace the faulty item FOC. I've even offered my mobile number so you can call me and sort this out. All you've done is whine. Now.....can you ring me please and we'll get this sorted for you?

Not aimed at anyone in particular BUT (as a businessman) if I had to contend with customers like you I'd certainly tell you to **** OFF! Your attitude ain't worth the hassle. Either learn how to complain properly or don't buy from suppliers who are also on this site.

 

My sympathies are with Deako and Will and anyone else trying to make a living. They both sell similar gear and most of the punters on here would support their efforts and the products they supply. AND just for the record, No I'm not associated with either of them in any way. Any business can have problems, things do go wrong but there's a right and a wrong way to go about complaining and you guys have most definitely got it wrong.

 

Sure lets discuss the merits or not of products we're all interested in on here but sort out your personal gripes with the people directly concerned and not in public!

I deal with customers with this sort of attitude all day long, when they offer to go to our competitors we all breathe a sigh of relief :D
