jacksdad
I've just demolished a huge pork chop from the local butcher, oven chips, white cabbage, broccoli, grilled tomato, a side of last nights chicken tikka masala & rice, 2 slices of hovis with 'not butter' on, followed by my home made Yorks. parkin & ice cream and a pint of 7UP....I'm only 12 stone and now feel sick and a lot heavier....and happy I have porrige every morning, with dried cranberries and honey, really fires the appetite up!
