Breastman
We have a Boxing Day shoot every year at my local strawbaler, just 40 birds but its free to members and theres a free meal in a nearby pub afterwards so you can't go wrong! I've won it the last two years on the trot but i'm yet to get the trophy which is supposed to be awarded! Maybe if i make the hat trick i'll finally get it Mark

Scully
Topping up feeders on Boxing Day,then a walked-up day on thr 27th,usually a mixed bag of about 10 to 20.There's only five of us,but it's a good day out. They all are, aren't they. It's nice to get a shot or two,but not the end of the world if you don't. Dekers
Not allowed to shoot game on a sunday and as boxing day is sunday i wont be going out. There does seem a tiny bit of confusion among one or two here, shoot whatever you like on Boxing Day 26 December as long as it isn't Game, it's a Sunday, which is exactly why all the traditional Boxing Day Game shoots will be on the Monday 27 Dec! Hopefully the confusion you are mentioning isnt directed my way fella. In Scotland you can shoot game on a Sunday and its wise to find out all the UKs laws to stop any such confusion and ending up with egg on face.
