Davy Holt
A wee bit of fishing (Coarse and sea), though I've not been doing as much of it over the last few years. Planning to get back to it big time next year after I've done a few repairs to the boat so there will be a few trips on offer

Aled
Love my fishing, also make my own fishing flies which i find very theraputic. Shooting of course, pottering about the garden, done quite well with tomatoes this year. Watching cricket with a cold beer on a warm summer day i find it very relaxing, others of course will say boring, each to his own! Retired from Rugby Union in 2008 at the age of 37 so am now a bar room hero! All this of course comes after working, and looking after Wife & Children! Sprackles
I do this http://youtu.be/xEOB0RyiF3M and this... as well as keeping chickens, fishing, playing with boats and I also occasionally build ships models and by occasionally, I mean I have been making HMS Bounty for over 10 years. How the hell do I get these damned things embedded. Edited September 14, 2011 by Sprackles
AlistairB
Used to ride motorbikes, still play a bit of golf, walking the dogs, going to the pub, cooking, but generally you can't beat a good bit of pottering in the garage now and again! Glensman
Glensman, respect!.That looks a vicious game It can be, well, IS. I've gone through this season (and won a cup) basically injury free. My brother though got a fractured jaw, lost a couple of teeth and cracked a couple of teeth when going up for a ball. He WAS wearing his helmet at the time I wouldn't bother listing the other injuries we got in our team this year, i'd wear out the keys! Deffo going to start carp fishing again Thats not good at all! I've worked in very cold conditions, having to layer up alot under the overalls, but never has my boss put me in a dangerous situation. Part of destoration is disassembely, and with rust, that means grinders and oxy acceteline torches, but its all safe to use kit and safety gear is provided. I'm suprised he's not been had for breaches of health and safety regulations or some such behaving like that! Its a shame because if you enjoy what you do for a living, a rubbish boss can really ruin it.

Paul T
Like others on here I've got a few chucks - barbu d'uccles (bearded & booted bantams). I have shown a few, but they're just for a bit a fun really. Main hobby is showing Belgian Hares - a very old breed of rabbit dating back to the 1800s. Sadly, there's not many breeders left now. I've won many Best in Show awards with them and the surplus also makes fabulous meat animals - can't beat a good dual purpose animal . As I always say, "There's winners and there's dinners" This photo is one of my top winning does and they are cracking animals - far more intelligent than bog standard rabbits. (note to self: must start to lose a bit of weight. There shouldn't be quite so much of me showing in that photo )
