Welsh lamb Dont worry you look fine & dont worry if there is another snooty girl shooting on the same shoot who is done up to her best or even over done . You just make sure you can HIT EM ! even better still shoot better than the men !. Killing game is a dirty job any way & if you can be a good shot you will get respect . Good luck when shoot day comes & let us all know how you get on . Pole Star.

unclestuffy
I think picture one is certainly the one that most fitting for the day. Be sure that your jacket is not too restrictive for your swing - I refer to take my coat off for the drives unless it is really throwing it down and just use my vest with deep pockets for the cartridges. Leeds Chimp is right - just be comfortable. The shoots I have shot on have not been over bothered about dress (smart and no camo) but field etiquette was very important, might be a good idea to do a bit of homework - apologies if you are up on this already
Canis
How unusual, A lady who is actually wants an answer to "What should I wear!" : In my experience a lady asking an opinion on what she should wear usually means either: She wants to be able to blame you if she gets cold/wet/too hot/sore feet later. or She wants you to cough for a new outfit despite having more overpriced clothing in her wardrobe than a chinese football shirt factory Fairplay to the op for putting the pics of herself up though - given our usual "level" I am somewhat suprised she has got neither ridicule or offers of marriage- and has had several sensible responses! Are we growing up on this forum or something ?

Alycidon
Had two ladies in my line today, both England Internationals. Dress is similar to what you are proposing. At the end of the day you are there to enjoy yourself, wear what you feel comfortable in but try and avoid blue denim if you can, you need to be warm and waterproof. Modern walking clothes as under layers are fine, you can then take off a layer if you get to hot. Picking up then stout clothing that will keep you dry if it rains is more important that how it looks. People will be watching how your dog works not how you look.
