SAVAGE HMR
Valmat or Vore :hmm: Deershooter Give that man a cigar! It's a Valmet Finnish Lion .22 Match Rifle. This is what it should look like. My rifle has no dovetails cut in to the reciever so I have to use a dovetail base that's been drilled and tapped in to the barrel. I've not had it out in the field to test it yet but I'm sure it's not going to let me down in terms of accuracy. A magazine for a follow up shot is always handy in some respects but I've never had any rabbits that weren't killed instantly stay still enough to get a safe second shot so the single shot should saffice. SAVAGE HMR
How far forward is the scope?? Can you see down it? Yeah I can see down it. I do most of my shooting prone so it fits with no black ring around the scope image 'just' I ordered the wrong mounts, if they'd been 1mm higher I'd probably be able to mount it a bit further forward. I'll probably change them in the near future. have sent you a pm Cheers for that mate, I can be such a noob sometimes. Weirich? Nice stock, ditto the scope comment though, certainly isn't going to hit your eye Thanks, the stock was modified today with a rasp and a quick going over with sand paper. Finished it with linseed oil. But it's not a Weihrauch. Good guess though. Obviously for add on nv Now that you mention it, it would be handy! SAVAGE HMR
anchutz Sort of close, in the ballpark. Erm either a Highly Modded CZ or Savage With custom stock and Bull/sleved barrel with interergral mod in either a .22 or .17 Flavour. Nope, no mods, unless you count me hacking the stock to bits with a jigsaw and a rasp. Hatsan Nope, even further away. single shot ex target gun BSA? Deershooter Closest yet, it's a single shot target rifle. But what make? Edited January 28, 2012 by SAVAGE HMR

SAVAGE HMR
Saiga or Walther Nope. Ruger ? Nope again. If you pay close attention to the trigger guard and the adjustable butt pad it may give you some more clues.
