Hamster
Anybody have any reports about these cartridges, i heard they were very punchy/lots of bad recoil You need to be more pecific, what ones are you referring to?
Chard
You need to be more pecific, what ones are you referring to? That's what they're called, they're new. Hull Super Fast. I've seen them advertised from £148/1000 I was wondering what they're like too. I think they're advertising them on Sporting Targets website and I saw a gunshop somewhere that was even cheaper
canthitathing
Anybody have any reports about these cartridges, i heard they were very punchy/lots of bad recoil I use Hull Sovereign, which are fast and also pretty punchy . I've not seen these but from what Chard says they're a hell of a lot cheaper than the Sovereign, which are around £230/1000.
Hamster
Just been on their web site and no mention of them! They sound like the English Sporting brand for similar money, deliberately loaded with excessive recoil in mind to deter serious users from switching from more rip off versions. In this day and age there is absolutely no excuse in loading shells that are overly thumpy.
figgy
Maybe mediocre fast for that price. Intercomps and comp x are normally more money and not very fast. speed normally increases with the cost. Hope they are a good cart for the money. EdSolomons
Remember to cut your lead back if they are fast......! ;-)
Thunderbird
£148/1000 is even cheaper than Comp X which (I think) are fast but with low recoil punch. However I've bought myself another two thousand gamebore super gem as I really like them.
figgy
1500 fps Fastish........ Is that the speed of them chard if it is I'm impressed for that price. The mediocre speed I was referring to was the rough average of 1400 fps of intercomps and comp x in 28g. If the specs are good ill have five thou for the season. Iggy
Are these the ones that are 27 gram? I think I've seen them on the Just Cartridges website and I was tempted too. If they are 27 gram would there be any noticeable difference to the normal 28 gram do you reckon?
OvEr_KiLL
i thought they were the sovereign's so i emailed them (www.justcartridges.com) to find out about them.. they reckon they are 1500fps and ARE 27gram, they said they are 27g to cut costs down and they are a new budget load from hull!! i was thinking about buying them but im going to a shop tomorrow to see if he can get me 1000 eley olympics and how much, as the other shop around here doesnt sell any eley and is way over priced! OvEr_KiLL
ok guys more info.... '' This is a one off load by Hull in an effort to increase sales by reducing costs. As such, they will not be available after the offer period, so the price as they say, is the price! ''

Guest cookoff013
you dont seriously need 1500fps. good that they are cutting back the lead amounts sensibly.

0145wirbelwind
If it is a Hull and it's 28gr, it is going to knock you around. If it is there cheaper stuff just dont seem to have any pounder in then
HDAV
Be interesting to see how there compare to Comp X which are soft and slooooow (also smell funny) and similar 28g budget loads like Express HV and Eley First
