kdubya
I won a stack on the Man U game - everyone knew QPR were going to get a sound thrashing. Man U winning half time and full time and scoring in both halves - surprisingly good odds I've reinvested some of my winnings on a similar bet today Oh yes, you just can't knock SAF - love him or hate him he's still at the top of his game and I reckon he'll see another half dozen Chelsea and City managers out. Whilst on a footy tip, any Liverpool fans on here want to talk about Andy Carrol or does that need a new thread? like this ( I posted it in the playpen) KW http://www.balls.ie/2012/04/02/7-reasons-why-the-andy-carroll-action-figure-has-been-recalled/

Willow 32 A ****** off QPR supporter ............ well not exactly true. we did actually score two goals in that game so would have won 1-0 anyway, and we did have nearly all the possesion and goals were inevitable at some point, fair enough he was offside, but thats football, decisisons to go both ways in a game, look at chelsea -wigan game, can argue all day about refs but over the season we all get good and bad days. Yes but to put it into context its like Man Utd playing in the championship, once you have taken Barcelona out of the equation, thats why Messi scores as many also Yes both are good players but in very good teams in a poor league

shaun4860
I meant in comparison to the top 2 teams Our league isnt nor has been the best EVER. Its maybe the toughest http://uk.soccerway.com/national/spain/primera-division/2011-2012/regular-season/tables/ 26 points behind the 2 top teams and look at the goal difference
kdubya
Yes both are good players but in very good teams in a poor league absolute horlicks that will be why 2 out of 4 semi finalist's in the champions league are from la liga and 3 out of 4 semi finalists in the Europa league are from la liga, and that will be why athletic Bilbao well and truly trounced our premiership leaders x 2? Malaga would beat 90% of our "premiership" teams, and pray tell where in these competitions are arsenal chelski man u or man city, never mind harry the bungs lot or our other "better" sides in the comps er that will be Stoke and Birmingham ooh me sides. peejay
Dave you represent all that is wrong with united fans. You sit there spewing you drivvel. I'm a season ticket holder and there hasn't been a league game with an attendance less than 46,000 this season, most have been sell outs, yet the maximum capacity is 47,800. Get a calculator out and have a go at doing the Maths then come back and apologise for your lack of knowledge and intellect. And before you state the attendance on thursday of 38,000 that is still only half of your quoted empty seats, where as united had a huge crowd of 27,000 this season for one of the carling or FA cups games (can't remember who it was against). And to end on a small fact for you, total city season tickets sold for this year is 37,500. Only 10,000 shy of a ground completely sold out, not a bad percentage is it. Now you sit back in your comfy warm armchair and get ready to watch the game at weekend on sky like the rest of you plastic fans. And keep talking about all uniteds history, because after all that's all you've got now isn't it. P.s when city beat the rags 6-1 at the swamp was it fancy dress, only for the last half an hour there seemed to be 50,000 people dressed as EMPTY SEATS,   and just think how big the stadium would have to be if all the "true" manchester united fans went, instead of saying there the best man u fans in the world, yet never been to the stadium?LOTS of them on here.. KW I agree!I think La Liga is a very strong league! If you played the top 5 sides of the Premiership against the top 5 La Liga sides i know who'd come out on top! Bilbao made Utd look ordinary on both legs when they played each other! I still think that Utd will win the league though even if they lost against Wigan! Ireland's Finest!
Ferguson's face looks redder tonight! To be 4-2 up at home and then they c0ck it up bigtime! It's definately game on now!Whoever wins at Eastlands a week tomorrow will be Champions!! I agree its an absolutely massive game but I don't agree the winner will in on to win the league. Man city have an extremely tough game against Newcastle and qpr could pull off a surprise but I'd doubt it. United have a tough game against swansea aswell, altough they haven't been playing well of late they do like to attack and that's the exact kind of teams united have struggled against this season. Sunderland away will be tough aswell, hard to know with them tho they'll either play really well or not they've been pretty indifferent this last month or two. So really looking forward to game next week, I'll be thinking about it all week, just hope to god we can do it.

Browning 425 clay hunter
I'm not sure which part of my comment you found bitter Archie, quite the opposite I thought. But maybe that was the best reply you could think of, something original hey, not sure we can be called 'bitters' anymore after the season we've had. But if your automatic replys help you to deal with united throwing it away then all the best to you But each to their own
