HDAV
I had an Astra estate 2.0Di at 215k the odometer packed up kept it going for another 5 months, I recon 225k almost made it to the moon (240k) apart from dodgy odometer was a cracking motor, previous one to that died at 180k and current one on 90k regular maintenance is they key and that ain't cheap..... I recon one of the van/taxi drivers will have done close to 500k highest I heard of was 800k on a MERC van..... mickmep
not sure if it counts as we sold it end of last year but our 300 discovery had 189,000 on it when we bought it in 2004 was on 238,000 when we sold it. never really had any problems with it in that time either. couple of batteries, power steering pump, 2 sets glow plugs, cambelt change and normal oil/filters/belts. funny thing is a trader bought it, run it round for a couple of months and then we saw it on ebay advertised as a low mileage, cant remember exactly but around 100,000. we were in 2 minds if we should email the buyer and let him have the old mot's we still had for it..........think they'd have been a tad upset
FalconFN
My company car - a diesel Corsa - got replaced when it got to 150k and I never had a problem with it, my current Astra (57 plate) is on 98k.
bedwards1966
Does this include vehicles you've now sold? If so, I'm top at 330k on a Mercedes Benz van. Failing that I'm currently at a mere 142k (again on a Merc).
