lord_seagrave
Colston Bassett Stilton - buttery and good, no harshness at all. What an astonishingly good cheese. And it's not just bravado, I genuinely love a filthy stinky rind-washed cheese - got to be Stinking Bishop, with crusty homemade bread. But, sometimes, when you really fancy it and there's nothing else in the cupboard, a bit of manky mousetrap cheddar from the back of the fridge can totally hit the spot! Good Lord I love cheese. FalconFN
+1 with ocelot spleen or Norwegian blueIf you ever get the chance to eat Norwegian brown cheese, don't. It is just wrong. Cheese is not supposed to taste of caramel in my book.

FalconFN
Lovely to see people buying and loving British Cheese. I could be wrong but I'm sure I heard on the radio that there are roughly the same number of British cheeses as French.
