spinach
We're doing up a family smallholding presently, and have newish neighbours that could be described as ageing hippy's, they work in mental health and it does seem some has rubbed off! I've tried my, utmost to remain unruffled but the last straw seems so close. Firstly when stripping the house we found sacks of coppers left them in sack outside to collect later gone , had a rant and it appeared the next day . Secondly they keep on taking their cat for a walk in one of our fields , no footpath just a gate. Thirdly after an evening stroll with the gun was presented with a conversation about how she couldn't live next to a house knowing that there were guns in it!Fingers crossed. Finally popped up this evening to check the sheep and the **** wit was half way up my ladder looking at either the upstairs rooms or as he said checking on the slates!!!!!!!!!!! After he said we'd blocked public access to a footpath,,, so he thought !!!!!! What he'd climb over it. Now the question if I decked him would the FEO thank me or remove my licence? I know it's not really a question he'd definitely thank me! John.

Mentalmac
Perhaps tell your FEO the situation (cover your behind before they get to him first). Document everything in a diary wth times and dates. Put up a sign warning of CCTV and stick cheap CCTV up. That way you can display some dead crows having off your fence with pride... The Mighty Prawn
Don't do it! After my recent publicised low level car accident insurance nightmare I contemplated buying a cheap van with the woman's name and the fact she is (expletive deleted) lying (expletive deleted) but my love of shooting stopped me risking my tickets CCTV is not a bad shout though as they sound sketchy at best
Archie-fox
one of the reasons im moving house... i live in a quiet close but the old girl next door thinks she owns the close, walkes her dog in my garden, parks in my driveway, leaves her bins out for days on end after they have been collected, and she saw me with some phesants walking back from the car she was even more of a pain to me...we ended up calling the police as she stole some plants from my garden in the middle of the day and planted them in her garden.. so enough is enough and we sold our house and moving about 500 meters away, just bite your lip mate thats what ive had to do for the last year or so.. Gordon R
Bizarre post. I haven't a clue what appeared the next day. The coins? Where was the ladder placed when the neighbour climbed up it? Hardly a lucid, factual post.

malkiserow
He would probably grant you FAC on the spot. We need more violent people with guns. There is no need to be a biatch on a public forum Mrs AckAck. We all felt sorry that you had your guns taken off you over that silly little misunderstanding in Poundland over the refund...that is is no mandate to come out with that kind of comment. Like The Honourable Mr Justice Slayer said "you really need to show some restraint over life's niggles to be allowed to keep your SGC and FAC" ..... he went on ...."that pigeonwatch rent-a-muppet approach is not in the public interest, therefore I have no choice but to revoke your gun licences, your Saga membership, Kleeneazy account and library tickets". Where was the ladder placed when the neighbour climbed up it? Hardly a lucid, factual post. Sorry might just have been a stream of consciousness ! The coppers that had been removed appeared the next day in a new bag. The ladder was balanced against the house /scaffolding as we're doing the house up and the roof is being done presently. John. spinach
I was taking that as a humerus comment. They walk the cats to stop, them playing on the road and being squished. Im sure if I look hard enough there would be lots of good , it's just I'm getting the worst behaviour as far as neighbourly boundaries go and trying to get it of my back. John.
