Sha Bu Le
Anyone else watch it this afternoon, England took gold and silver, India took bronze. Some amazing shooting, the cost of one of those specialist shotguns would probably get you a decent car. Well done England & India.
grrclark
I was lucky enough to be at the event today and it was a cracking final. The gold medal shoot off was superb with only one dropped shot between the two English shooters. The English ladies did very well too with a gold and bronze and the young Indian girl taking silver. Gordon R
Well done Charlotte Kerwood. Surprise no paper has latched on to her - photogenic and a winner.
Scully
Well done Charlotte Kerwood. Surprise no paper has latched on to her - photogenic and a winner. Said the very same thing to my OH. Bonny lass with a gun; you'd think some news programme would have featured her.
The Mighty Prawn
I managed to watch the ladies skeet and trap but the other events don't seem to be on catch up - really wanted to watch the full bore but can only find the medal ceremony? Wouldn't it be good if you could watch any of it on demand?
1066
Great shooting and good for the sport too. Can any one tell me why, in the Mens trap the clays were easy to see breaking with a cloud of pink dust but not in the Womens trap?
HDAV
Flash targets I thought were used in all ISSF finals but apparently not.... We're used in the women's trap final I think but not Double trap, but I haven't found a link to the womens double trap to watch Edited July 28, 2014 by HDAV
grrclark
Flash targets were used in both skeet finals and the men's double trap, but not the ladies. No tickets for today so have not seen any of the trap at all, pleased that the home nations were represented in the medal tables though.
