WinchesterDave
As some of you are aware due to previous posts I was off to Pirbright to complete my final part of phase 1 training for the Army Reserve. Well on Friday I had my pass out parade after the hardest two weeks of my life. It was truly an amazing experience passing out the sense of pride that I felt was unreal. We passed out with 3 troops of regulars who'd completed their 14 weeks and there was over 750 people in the stands. We had a band from the Ghurkas playing for us also. All in all it made the 2 weeks of pain seem worth it. At, Dave.

STOTTO
Well done, but stay sharp after your initial training, unless you go to an active unit boredom can set in and begin to dull one’s enthusiasm, so take up all of the courses that are available to you and maintain your fitness level, be your own man and control the drinking, ‘I’ve got the t-shirt’. So that when you eventually pop out of the other end of the ‘Military Machine’ you will be in fine fettle for the next adventure. Well done again.
