shootgun
Anyone can recommend a good foldable wheel barrow suitable to carry the pigeon gear across the fields? I'm getting more and more shooting stuff and i just can't carry it in one trip anymore. Thanks!

sishyplops
Don't know makes but see pleanty of carp fishing barrows at boot fairs, go outdoors seem to stock a few also, my only advice would be something you can drag behind you as opposed to pushing Edited December 22, 2014 by sishyplops
silver pigeon69
Plenty on Fleabay from £35-40 upwards (search for Fishing barrow). i would try and get one with a fairly wide tyre, that is less likely to sink in the mud! steve_b_wales
I bought a golfing trolly for £17.00. I can strap a large canvas holdall to it and us it to transport most of my gear. Lightweight with 2 large front wheels, it travels over most terrain.

steve_b_wales
I know you asked about a barrow, but my golfing trolly carries a load of my items, including my shotgun/cartridges if I want to. I bought it from Sports Direct. All I do is fill a large shooting holdall with gear, then strap it to the trolly with bungee cords.

activeviii
I have a carp porter, many many years old, I use it for dragging deer out and have tried for pigeon shooting but, summer the crops to high for punching down the tram lines and winter you have to stop every 100 mater to scrap the mud off the wheels. The best way I have found is to take a minion to carry it all for you.

stubby
I tried a golf trolley once, but the high centre of gravity made it tip over in the ruts
ozzy518
I've tried various trolley type things in the past and always gone back to the good old British army Bergan. Did consider once using a kids plastic sled to pull my gear behind me, but not convinced it will work
