AdamSouthEast
Hi Guys, so following the advice of PW posters I'm going to door-to-door my local farmers (especially ones that look like they're currently suffering corvid/pigeon attacks). Another piece of advice was that if the farmer says "thanks, but no thanks" to leave a card with them. My question is; what is printed on your guys' cards? Usually business cards have a "job title". Something like 'Vermin control hobbyist/shooter/volunteer', hopefully you see where I'm going with this.... What's on your guys cards? WelshMike
I think it is well worth having a card as it creates a good, professional impression. I had 200 printed but after handing out 5 and picking up 2 permissions the rest are in the cupboard as I dont have time for any more ground. Dunkield
I bought some of these years ago and the text bleed into the card after a while so they were useless - I binned the lot.

la bala
That`s a shame I was going to buy a few of those myself. :( I have dealt with this guy 3 times now over several years. A good outfit, and i think his cards are very good value. I have no ties with this company.
AdamSouthEast
I ended up using these as inspiration, but creating my own and getting from Vistaprint. Simply because it was twice the number of cards for half the price as well as being customisable, hard to argue with that. Thanks for the advice guys. Rossco89
Folks for info that chap that ran the website in the above threads has retired, I used vista print and designed a fairly recent card
spandit
Got any pictures of what you've designed?
Rossco89
Went for fairly simple design. Name, number, insurance. Metallic shotgun on front, blank back. There's loads of room to add extra info. Felt the more simple the better as my previous cards had said "vermin control" with pictures of Fox's and rabbits as well as pigeons and crows. Didn't feel it was suited to me as dont currently have a rifle for rabbits and foxs . Vista print cards can be customised to suite once you get the hang of it. Hendrix's rifle
I could show what I've done with mine if someone wouldn't mind putting a photo up for me, my better half did it on Photoshop and it's looks good
