fatchap
Sorry not much of a poster, but would like any info on Antler, mainly keeping the stench down when cutting/drilling it. It makes me want to vomit. I have started making sticks and to say its addictive is an understatement, but the smell is not what I expected, I have read it does smell but was not expecting how bad. Is there a trick or two to masking or avoiding the smell?

Dunkield
Good advice from OF, if the weather permits try working on it outside? My advice. Try working with buffalo horn, then antler smell will seem like nothing

demonwolf444
Buffalo horn, put that through a not so new band saw blade the other day. Mask and try use hand tools or slower settings so you are cutting more than you are burning or melting.

Duckandswing
If you get an asbestos grade mask you wont smell a thing if properly fitted.
