Well it seems I was right,

Interview with Daly and Goodfellow, offhand mention about Ed Ling,

Women's Rugby 7s who finished 4th got a bigger mention so did the men's Gymnastics team who also finished 4th.....

Nothing changes it seems

Oh and whenever Ed Ling DOES get a mention it always says Ed Ling, a farmer, as if it's sort of belittles the fact he is an Olympian,

It is bloody annoying how the BBC anti-gun agenda always works against our shooters!

Lets see what happen with Amber Hill is she gets a medal?

British Athlete wins Gold and a photo of her (either a headshot or in an evening dress).

Somewhere in hte article it will admit that she won it for shooting, but will then quickly move on

Perazzi is covered with tape on his butt and removed from barrels. So they did not want to sponsor his costs....hmmmm.

No, it's not that, they are just not on the list of approved sponsors for the olympics, which much costs a LOT. People who pay for that have /exclusivity/ for any screen time during the olympics.

As I was saying, it's a money making mafia, the 'sport' bit is just add on...

yes,but get into the mindset of the mindless guardian reading filth that inhabit the bbc and the media-

on the one hand you have the cherubic looking homosexual, on the other the man that one his medal practicing for killing defenceless furry creatures who doesen't even live in zone 1!

I love the way that he's going home to get on with the harvest though !

in a similar way I was quite suprised that the BBC actually showed some fencing though - in previous games they have avoided it almost as much as shooting as its only taught to public school kids apparently !

On the other side of the argument i did however enjoy the girlie 7's- some of them where somewhat letch-worthy

True and I can understand that, but surely they should get the same treatment post event if they have won a medal representing Great Britain as they have won it for their own and more importantly, the Nations honour.

Or is a diving bronze worth more than a shooting bronze?

Shooting (especially clay shooting) just isn't a spectator sport. It's never going to get that much press

They should use gun-cams really; it's too quick otherwise, regardless of the resolution/frame rate. Wiht a 'gun view' it would make it a lot more entertaining. That would upset the gun balance, but athletes could just adapt for having a camera on all the time

That would help.

Although when you watch shotkam footage, it does look strange.

I don't think the BBC are anti Ed Ling I think they are too pro Tom Daley.

The comment that summed it all up for me was "British success at the aquatic centre continues, tom Daley and partner now have a bronze in diving to add to Adam peaty's gold"

Does his partner not have a name and did I just imagine jazz carlin winning a silver in the 400 freestyle.

ISSF rules for sponsorship names on clothing and equipment is quite strict for number, size and placement. Hence the use of gaffer tape to obscure them.
