das
Not a great user of Amazon but sometimes I take advantage of the good deals they have and the items that are difficult to source elswhere. However, every time I make a purchase I somehow manage to get sucked into a trial of Amazon Prime despite careful scrutiny of my order and delivery options. It appears to be all cleverly hidden in the actual checkout procedure and the various confusing delivery options whiche seem to always change. I have no use whatsoever for Amazon Prime although some may think it a good thing. Whilst this is a perfectly legal procedure I think it is going towards sharp practice. Anyone had the same experience?
walshie
Yep, fell foul of it just the other week. Tried watching Amazon video and anything I wanted to watch you had to pay for, so I cancelled it.
Danger-Mouse
Never had any trouble with it, it's always offered and it's easy to refuse it. Probably going to sign up for it this weekend though, there are a couple of things I need that can't be delivered to lockers and I need them fairly quickley. I'll just have to remember to cancel it. Scully
Daughter clicked on it inadvertently some time earlier this year and was annoyed to the money had gone from her account. She found it easy enough to cancel and be reimbursed when she explained.
Mice!
You get quick delivery or save a few quid on standard, plus Amazon TV what's the problem? Watch spy in the sky with Helen miram if I've got her name right, not what we expected. Also watching Bosch

Lloyd90
Some good box sets and delivery is handy. I got it half price when a student though, think it’s £80 for the full service now ain’t it?
Me matt
I have prime, cant fault it. Yes Lloyd its about £74 pa. So after having 7 parcels delivered next day its kind of paid for its self. Plus the TV (saves paying netflix £7am for a lesser service) and shed loads of free books, pre order stuff for first day availability delivery, got free xbox live with recently purchased 1s plus other in game freebies. The next day delivery is priceless imho, its taken all the hustle and bustle agro out of christmas this year too. Long live Prime
Duckandswing
I have prime. Worth it for the music alone which is a brilliant service.

buze
I use prime too, we use it a lot so it pays for itself in no time. I don't use the 'extra' music service tho, since I have spotify. But other than that, 'same day' delivery on a bank holiday monday, hard to beat :-)
