Gordon R
One of my twin 8 year old granddaughters, who loves going into my garage. Sadly curtailed by lockdown, I will be happy when normal service resumes. The pair of them love knocking nails into blocks of wood. I have no idea why, but they are getting practical skills and learning hand / eye co-ordination. Roll on next year, when this is hopefully over. First photo is a small hammer I bought them, second is one of the impact wrenches and lastly - the most expensive hammer - Hultafors. Dave at kelton
Good for you. I remember sitting on my grandfathers roof aged about four tacking the felt down. They had a wee prefab with a porch on the back.

figgy
I used to love hammering nails into wood as a child. AHH the smell of a shed or garage, all the paints the solvents and oils. Love it.
