Scully
I have a very good NGO one, it may be worth asking who is their supplier?
guinty1
This one seems to get decent reviews and apparently 60% off at the moment (would take that with a pinch of salt) https://baerskinhoodie.com/?utm_source=google-g&utm_medium=paid&utm_campaign=14828814397&utm_term=-125745311657&utm_content=549260362047&feid=&tgid=pla-1439354815918&loci=&locp=1007336&maty=&ntwk=g&devc=c&dvcm=&kywd=&plcm=&tagt=&aid=14&cid=14828814397&gclid=CjwKCAjw2vOLBhBPEiwAjEeK9oKM9F1gFk5yBXbhLPllbfj6LUemgkTeTtZOY-Bzvn9htsy2Xk98UBoCa1oQAvD_BwE

Mr. Merkel
Ridgeline Ballastic fleece hoody are thick and comfortable to wear with thumb holes in the cuffs, also the ESP camo fleece is popular with the carp anglers I also use a snugpak proximity isnt a true fleece but its warm and windproof and worth a look if you can find one. Harry Callahan
I wouldn't call the Ridgeline Ballistic hoodie thick, it's relatively lightweight IMO - I own it. It's ok for layering but nowhere near as good as the Igloo or Glacier tops (but these don't have hoods). Look at Swazi https://www.bushwear.co.uk/products/the-hood-tussock Or possibly this from Betacraft https://www.graniteworkwear.com/p_14136_betacraft-6512-quest-bush-shirt Or https://www.graniteworkwear.com/p_11194_betacraft-d6312-fleece-bush-shirt
garjo
As per above, Ridgeline do some really nice ones, warm and hard wearing.
Hicky
If you’re not a label snob, decathlon do some fantastic wallet friendly offerings. The sizes aren’t what I’d say standard so I’d go to a store to try them on first.
