SNP to ban sale of homes with gas boilers installed?

What gets me with this climate change issue, is no one is addressing the elephant in the room, the biggest problem isn't gas boilers, cars, industrial processes, farming, product consumption or any other process, it's not even all of them combined. The issue is far too many people on the planet, why is this never mentioned, or ideas on how to reduce it and the long term benefits of tackling migration from poor countries to richer ones, adding to the global population?

Politician:   more people = more votes.

Business owner:   more people = more customers.

Academic:   more suggestion of climate change = more jet-setting to attend international conferences.

The global population is predicted to reach 9.7 billion by 2050 and 10 billion by 2100. The largest rises are likely to be in poor countries which have bigger things to worry about than achieving net zero targets, it's blatantly obvious that the only way to tackle climate change is to vastly reduce population growth, but then I'm sure no one will stand up and tell the truth on a subject like that.

They will never make it work or the books balance.

As proven time and time again balancing books is not one of their strong points, at least the weather we are having up here will help their magic money tree grow

If it wasn't for two world wars we wouldn't be far short of that number now

They may do (lose) but I bet it will only change when it comes into force. And it WILL be coming to the rest of the UK soon

Socialists don't care about balancing the books. Because they don't understand the need to

Mm, and recently the other clowns have proven that you can easily flatline the economy with no concern of having books to balance?
