London Best
Your income might have risen by 350%, but mine certainly hasn’t! In fact, I reckon my pensions are about equal to my 1990 wages. Edited October 2, 2023 by London Best

Well no my income hasn’t risen 350% either as my total pension is now only £242 a week,I was saying wages in general and take home pay for working has risen 350%. However a pension in 1990 would probably have been just £50 a week,so up by similar percentage! Edited October 2, 2023 by TOPGUN749
HantsRob
What made the thunder so good, and is there a direct comparison to a modern day analogy of why they were around 50% more expensive? Are these the Sovereign Parcours of the day? What was upgraded about them? I love little flashbacks like this!

retromlc
When I started in 2009 a 1000 good carts were £120 and cheaper clay busters were about £104, and a brand new Browning 525 sporter M/C was £1050 so we're faily stable , it's been the last 4 yrs that it's really changed. A used Beretta DT10 is more now than when new I think Edited October 2, 2023 by retromlc

Scully
I have quite a few Guns Review mags and Target Gun from the ‘80’s and ‘90’s. It’s quite nostalgic reading through them from time to time.

Shadowchaser
I think the greatest increase in shooting costs has been over the past 3-4 years. Hopefully things will start to balance out soon.
