Ultrastu
I use tabascoΒ originalΒ on loads of stuff .pastas .rice dishes .beans .meats .nothing escapes . The green tabasco I love on pizzaΒ The ChipotleΒ Β also on pizza but also on meatsΒ like sausages and steak. The habenaro (hottest ) goes in chilli'sΒ and on rice dishes . And the sirachaΒ goes on fish dishesΒ it works so wellΒ . My scotch bonnet (not tabasco ) goes in fajitas and other Mexican dishesΒ Β hot hot hot . bruno22rf
Only really use it if a recipe has failed to deliver heat wise and then only as a last resort, much prefer Buldak Hot Chicken flavour sauce (I cannot tase Chicken in it - just sweet heat). The production of Tabasco sauce is an interesting read btw.
TIGHTCHOKE
Love the stuff, can raise any savoury meal to a far more enjoyable epicurean treat. The RED is great, but I have been known to use a whole bottle of the green on a portion of Chilli con Carne.

JohnfromUK
The 'original' in tomato juice (with Worcestershire sauce) and a few other savoury things.Β Also in V8 vegetable juice (which I can no longer get locally). The Habanero in meat dishes like chilli con carne etc., meat based pizza toppings and similar. I have tried the green, but not replaced the bottle when it ran empty.
