marsh man Posted November 13 Report Share Posted November 13 This is not a laughing matter for some and my heart go out to them who are in this situation , Thankfully I am not at the moment , but if I was I think it would be eat while enjoying the heat of my kitchen , tonight I had a bit of a mixture , My ole reliable , slow cooked Shin , Potato and cheese mash with bacon , Peas Green Beans and Broccoli and Carrot and Swede crush . THANKS mossy , I still get plenty of exercise and I have never neglected myself , trouble is I can't seem to put any weight on although I am not what you would call thin , I have been around 78 kilo for the last three months or so , if I maintain that then I will be happy .
