THANKS mossy , I still get plenty of exercise and I have never neglected myself , trouble is I can't seem to put any weight on although I am not what you would call thin , I have been around 78 kilo for the last three months or so , if I maintain that then I will be happy .    MM

Hello, Looks good MM, My slow cooker will be on the go this week with a Hen Peasant and Tin of Mixed veg plus Onion, I found cooking raw veg to much longer than the meat !!!!!!

I steam mine , I start off with boiling water and steam away for around 15 to 20 minutes , which for my taste is about right , any longer is still alright but the veg tend to go soft rather than crunchy ,     MM

Don't deprive yourself of anything you fancy , now I am getting used to do all my shopping I don't scrimp on anything , I don't drink or smoke so if I want it then I have it , food we are talking about

I have got to have some dye injected into my arteries in the N and N to see if any are blocked so I might be borrowing your pipe cleaners before to long :drinks:
