rbrowning2
very strange question, you have been busy buying them since becoming a new shotgun user. Why carry so many around, and you do have to be responsible for their security when not actually using them. Why not ask your firearms enquiry officer, he may even knock on your door afterwards. Scully
You can take as many as you like. Their Security is key and your responsibility, whether you take one or twenty one.
Rim Fire
You can carry as many as you like it may be upto the club how many you can take onto their premises

Dougy
Wouldn't it be better to ask the club ?
Scully
We often take at least two ( sometimes more but not often ) to our local grounds. No one knows, unless you were planning to take them into the clubhouse and then you would have to ask beforehand. You can’t expect nor assume your club will accept responsibility for their safety; that’s your responsibility. As long as you can secure them as per the terms of your license then it’s not an issue. It’s not like you’re going to be walking the layout with half a dozen guns on your shoulders, or even two. They’re heavy. You take one and when you’ve done what you want, you return it to your vehicle then take another.

HantsRob
I think some people forget the pure excitement of being a new SGC holder! OP, take the advice for what it's worth. Take away any negativity, and ultimately they have given you the answer. You have to own the safety and security of all of them, at all times. There isn't an issue taking 4 guns to a clay ground, if you are confident you can keep them all safe at all times. From a not-so-new but relatively new shooter, I would suggest you focus on one gun until you become good, and by all means have a fun gun for an end of the day play. But more than 2 in one day will really not help with your shooting!
