Just looking for your thoughts on a replacement auto, i like the mossy oak cammo finish and the feel of the hatsan so anything kind of similar but clearly not as much ****? any ideas? Gordon R
Winchester X2 - slightly dearer, but first rate. Mate had one - never jammed. He bought a Beretta Tekny Gold. It has been back to Beretta for a new receiver - nickel plate blistered - only took six months and they dented his stock. The Beretta has jammed at least once every time he uses it. Usually 3 out of 100 times. Now he fancies another Winchester.

wingnut
Beretta al391, just bought one second hand and i love it to bits, wouldn't swop now for any thing else, no problems, as long as i use 24gm or above cartridges.

throdgrain
Berettas are fine, the Benellis are better in my opinion, but its just an opinion.

luckytrigger
Go with a benelli m2 as they come in camo and they are indestructable :look: Another vote here for the Benelli m2. Ive previously owned a al391 which although an excellent shottie wasnt anywhere near as easy to clean as my m2 plus the blueing on the m2 is better imho. My m2 might be for sale............... Admiral Von Tirpitz
I also have a Hatsun Escort in Black, its now a year old and is faultless as long as it is cleaned regularly. Perhaps you have a dud one, if you like the gun and how it handles, I would be inclined to say the item is not fit for its purpose and you require a replacement, thats unless other people have also had problems with them?
