if the bolt is back then safe, as he is showing its safe by displaying it to others. i do the same in the game cart on hare shoots etc, bolt back and facing others so they can see. flags.......waste of money. if you cant remember the bolt then you shouldn't be shooting in the company of others period!

if they are night pics, its IR bounce back. or if there is a gap inside the camera and when the IR flash fires its swamping the lens. sometimes the IR filter for night shots can get stuck and does not retract during daylight, that would give a few interesting shots too. check the filter moves day to night. jm2p worth!

now for something a bit different. a franchi made with a mix of benelli/beretta parts and from a company bought out by the beretta group a long time ago. gas operated 12g semi weighing under 7lb! 6lb 12oz to be exact. it has a rotating bolt like a benelli and takes the mobil chokes. also have a black actioned franchi 712 auto in the cabinet. sold a franchi 912 3.5 auto a while ago as it was not getting used. i still have the black composite stock and forend for the 912 and they are used on this gun during the winter. love my gas auto's

use an old pool cue with a magnet screwed on the bottom. mine picks up to 8-10 a time on 2 magnets. if u have a pool cue or similar pole i can post you a free magnet Been!

use these all the time for pigeons,great shell thats hits hard and patterns well in my 1/2 choke. plenty of umph to cycle my auto too. also most are blue.....so easy to find in the grass at the end of the day
