Just to keep you up to date evo-I lost the job you got for me in the Porn business when I was caught stalking Tony Belas armed with some works tape-they did offer me a job as a model but the staples on the pages obscured my danglies so they had to let me go. Working part time at the moment down our local Sewer beating over sized Fudge Dragons with a stick to prevent blockages but next week I will be walking the streets advertising the latest Apple phone aimed at kiddies-got a stunning red T Shirt with " I touch Children" in bold white letters all over it-job looks really well paid but no one seems to stay long-wish me luck.

Sat comfortably with a cuppa in my hand just waiting for Mole to come along and sing his Hatsan song.

Was this "Gentleman?" INSIDE the classroom?- as far as I'm aware that's a big no no unless he was invited by the Teacher.
-
PM me your details Flynny and I will post the bottle to you-cant believe anyone could drink it for pleasure
-
I have £30k in premium bonds-return is around £400/year on mine.
-
Strewth, Flynny-have you got asbestos guts? I bought a bottle of Ardmore a couple of months back and it tastes foul-soon as it hits your tongue it tastes like Teacher's-bottle minus one small glass going free to anyone who wants it.

Laphroaig for me at the economy end-really distinctive taste

I would ask the dealer that sold you the gun to take a look-had my 525 for 3+ years and still looks new. Other than that-new bag/let the gun warm up before you put it in any kind of covering-sit in the car for 10 minutes with the gun on the front seat and point a vent at it after wiping it over with an oily cloth/put some kind of dehumidifier in your cabinet or line it with polystyrene tiles-good luck, must be infuriating.

M E R E - give me the same time and money and I would take you up on that-apart from not shooting pheasants by choice-been on a driven shoot but wouldn't go again.

Let me try and explain it to you Dunkield-it's really not that difficult....if you shoot at a higher than normal bird (those feathery things) you need 2 things-more lead (aiming further in front) and a cartridge that will then kill the target (the "bangy" things and the feathery things) now is that really that difficult?- there's no "magic" involved-just simple logic. If you don't agree with someone's opinion then that's fine, but ,as a Mod, you should respect the fact that they have one and , as long as they don't break forum rules you might consider allowing them such a privilege without feeling the need to use your position to make derisory comments-are you on drugs?
-
The word "Magic" is yours entirely Dunkield-if you want to change my post then you have the power-but if you have nothing but innuendo's.......
-
Allrighty-1/ yes I am on drugs.2/I never suggested that I have a problem with the way the man spends his money-my point is that if you,OJW or for that matter most people, were to spend as much money and time shooting such birds then you would be of the same ilk.
-
Got to be honest-I don't see much skill in shooting birds like that-they are big targets and you have all the time in the world to track their line of flight-using such a powerful cartridge then does the rest. I'm pretty sure that most keen shots who boast the ability to pick their nose without poking themselves in the eye have the ability (but not the money) to shoot such birds. I watched it till the drive where there were so many birds in the air that some would have died due to collision damage.

So are we saying that a man who strips down to his shorts then spends an evening jabbing another, sweaty semi naked man,in the ring has no right to call people gay?

HW45 or the Crossman 1322 pump-but get an early one with the steel breach-the later, plastic jobbies are crud-you might also want to look at the later Rat catcher co2-its tiny in your hands and pokes out about 8 ft/lb from memory-very accurate as well over 25 yards but noisy out of the box.
-
Anschutz 335s and Air Arms S410 both with the smaller hole.
-
Had a few of these-pretty sure they stopped making them around the mid 60's when the Hammerless models took over-they are built like the proverbial and are as reliable as any gun on the market-you should be able to pick one up for less than £200. Have pm'd you details of where one may be available for less.
-
Don't forget though that card holders get a 10% below any other companies price promise-find the best price on the net and print the page off-trot along to GO and show them said webpage and they will give you the discount.

I've asked the wife to shove a kilo of sausages up my rear end and then throw me to the hounds.

I have 2 16g guns and much prefer them to my 12's. They are light to carry and cartridges are not a problem unless you want something out of the ordinary-the 16 is perfect for throwing 1oz of shot which I find adequate over decoys and the price is not too bad if you buy in bulk. I think that they have gone out of fashion simply because of the vast array of 12g cartridges now available but I will be sticking with mine and mopping up the bargains.

Did I even mention my opinion of Airgun shooters? My post was aimed at the ridiculous Mags that churn over the same garbage month on month and print reviews of equipment sold by their sponsors.
-
Jeeeez-you guys need to get out more
-
There is a surge of people buying Air Rifle shooting magazines this time of year-they are great for putting under kindling wood when you light a fire-not much use for anything else though

Edge is pants-adblock is not available for the program yet so, unless you like hundreds of ads, make IE your default browser.

"Is it the one....." OMG evo-How can you act so innocent when you have the number on your friends and family tariff?. For the inquisitive few-I offer a 1 hour service for £30-Wine ,Dinner and a short demo in the correct use of fragrant oils before we retire into a dimly lit room where we strip.............................down a Daystate and have a good time trying put the thing together with less care than the manufacturer does-and it's not easy.
