Don't feel very hopeful locally here, swallows and swifts in deep decline year on year, Years ago when I proposed to the local council that nest boxes could be made mandatory at the initial planning for all new developments I received a 25 page email excuse that expressed more concern for a bit of bird mess on paths than the species themselves? Feeling as I do now, instead of deleting it I should have sent it to the National Press. Propose this year maybe visible flying, 1 pair of swifts and swallows and 3 pairs of martins if lucky.

I feel really sorry for the poor disadvantaged person who started this to propose that their treat should be a freeetrip offshore in a sub to be discharged via the torpedo tube? What a crackpot, could be lining up to become an MP?

Probably, just as appears to be the way now, the customer being the quality control, no complaint, another winner.

Interesting pleas from a Tory on local farcebook page, bless him.

Understand that but patience is a virtue and good training for us shooters? 😰 If it had cost a few quid maybe, but not for that money?

Just a personal opinion. Why on earth would you look to pay to have a fault on a new item corrected? It should have been returned to the dealer immediately a problem was found. faults never correct themselves?

I think maybe you mean lubricate for arms deals?

Any woodland might be a better option? Sitty trees? Open fields here would be very difficult to get them in for air gun. -
Superb springs so a chrono check a definite must?

McAvoy guns online worth a look?

This just illustrates the total system failure again? No good getting miffed because the illustrious in charge don't give a flying fig as long as their snouts are submerged.

I respectfully suggest that you give uncle Chris a ring and ask for his learned advice?

Poor girl, bless her. Will be interesting to see any recovery of ill gotten gains?

Cartridge Collecting
old man replied to Cartridge-collector2708195's topic in Bullets, Cartridges and Reloading
Ok, I am giving away free to good homes, 3 X 12g cartridges to separate collectors at one of the replacement Catton rifle shoots probably at Royle Far?. They are head stamped KENT. Plastic cases, the lettering as is usual fading. 67.5mm , No 5 shot, Both imperial and decimal shot weights 1 1/8 oz and 32 g. Marked Rugeley Guns and Tackle. Staffordshire. From the Ray Probert era. Ray cremated 2014 and his ashes made into clay pigeons and blown in the wind. Anyone? You need to show the relevant cert. First come to preserve a bit of history! PS, Flyboy1950, I have one for you -

A questionable strategy IMHO? -
Mine loves Air Arms 16gn Fields, very accurate, ragged hole at 30yds. For close up rats i suppose you could try 11.9gn Hobbys?
