I need to stop coming on here, i have too many projects on the go and dont need any more. But how did you get the metal nice and shiny? Is it just a fine belt on the snder or was it polished?

I have had good results with the eley trap 410 carts and am working on loading my own 18g 9 shot for clays to see how that goes. If you miss then you have the excuse of its a 410

Result! The copy button does not work from a ipad so you have to highlight the link and copy it into the browser!

On the ipad i hold on the picture and all i get is the option to copy link and other ipad stuff no option to have a image link!

I have moved over to imgur for some image hosting and I was sure I could get img tags to embed my pictures in posts on here but now on the ipad i cannot find the img link anywhere. Has this been removed or is it hiding anywhere? Looked online and most tutorials look nothing like the profile i have so are useless. Other option is if there is a other site thats better and free!

The steel is at work and lack of plasma cutter means first job is to knock up a track and jig for the grinder to slice the box down, i will be able to show most of the build but not the security features for obvious reasons but i will be going for a american style dial combination lock and will be built to vault standards. Its going to be heavy, guessing just over 200kg but its going onto a concrete floor so should be ok. This is going to be a slow burner but will keep you all informed of progress as it happens.

Right I have done alot of welding this year, close to 40kg of rods in the last 2 months alone and i have some large lumps of box steel at work 8mm thick and 1.5m long so useless for structural stuff but I think it cold be sliced longways and made into a nice sized gun safe. Totally over the top and stupid but its there and will not cost much to make so should I do it? Anybody built anything like this on here?

Had some jammed wads in cases a while ago and contacted eley twice and was told the would send me a voucher to get some new carts and never got anything then took some to a show they were at and again took my details told they would send me a voucher and yet again nothing ever came. Dont hold your breath.

It is sometimes a bit harder to find the right one, there is hardness to contend with and some rings are poor quality and under pressure split down the middle but on the whole it is allways cheaper to research and buy good quality generic rings. Just make sure you write on the packet what they are for, i have a huge bag of rings and have no idea what most of them are for now!

I have been converted to the stupid cheap baofeng radios, used a set of the i think 888 model and just bought some uv82s. Been through maxons, motos, kenwoods and all sorts of others and these are pretty good given the throw away price and not had a single problem yet.

Yeah saw this too last night, will move them to a new host.
