  1. Maybe try using a thin piece of fishing line to “saw“ between the brass and ceramic?
  2. My jar says it on the back but not the front.

    Cuckoos

I’ve heard one every day for the last couple of weeks while on the dog walk. There must be a few around here as I don’t always walk the same area. I have only ever heard 1 before moving out here and haven’t seen so many swallows since I was a kid.
  4. I can’t help you with your problem but they are very cool. Some pictures would be appreciated.
  5. I’ve had to google what a “billy witch” is, never heard of it before. I don’t think I’ve ever actually seen one.
  6. The set of stairs in the opening sequence are pretty famous. Aaron Homoki jumped down them on a skateboard, skip to about 9 minutes to see the attempt he landed.
  7. I will make sure to get leather so the drool is easy to wipe up. From the baby of course.
  8. Very good, thanks for the info. Congrats on the retirement.
  9. A friend has one and can’t fault it. Never had any issues in the 3 years he’s had it. Oddly I am thinking of getting a freelander 2. How have you found it?
  10. I like seeing them in the house. My other half hates them and will not go to sleep if there is one in the bedroom. I’ve seen some big hairy ones, spiders too.
  11. I raised this point at work once. I was likened to Thanos for a couple of weeks.
  12. Brilliant, well done Barney 👍🏻.
  13. I had an issue with a light surface rust once on the action of my 525, it is kept in a sock but I believe the washing sometimes drying in the same room as the cabinet could have caused it. I now use ACF50 when the gun is cleaned and have one of those de humidifier pots in the cabinet. No problems since.
  14. That is a reason to celebrate 👍🏻
  15. Last nights tea. Pea risotto, salmon and a poached egg.
  16. I’ve tried filling in the form but it just keeps telling me my email address is the wrong format.
  17. Paddington?? 😂 Good video Jacko 👍🏻.
  18. I reckon you would be more at risk on a packed underground train surely?
  19. The risk of catching something airborne on an aircraft is lower than on any other form of public transport due to the HEPA filters. https://www.iata.org/contentassets/f1163430bba94512a583eb6d6b24aa56/cabin-air-quality.pdf
  20. I also thought they were great. I used them to travel from Leeds to Southampton for work however with companies using video conferencing for meetings now the business travel market started drying up for them which was a fairly big chunk of their revenue. They had been struggling for a while before the virus.
  21. I think it’s going to go either way on the holidays front. It may be that after all this is over people will want that holiday they have missed out on. From what I have heard 2021 holiday bookings are looking strong already. Business travel especially regional (FlyBe) I would say has now gone.
  22. Bet it felt brilliant to get out after so long. Looking forward to the shotkam footage.
