Am I the only one who is filled with loathing and an irrational urge to drop kick the TV, when that dopey bint on the Halifax ad does her wobbly head "ISA ISA baby" song. That is the most annoying advert on telly by a country mile, and I'd cheerfully batter her senseless with a wet halibut! ???

I'd batter her with something alright :good:

What this?

???

:good:

I didn't actually mind it, but now you've pointed it out, I'll get steadily annoyed with it.

Here's the one I'm really ****** off about:

Firstly, they're missing the fact that with an unlimited amount of time (which is applicable to the Shakespeare theory) yields an unlimited number of outcomes. Therefore, an unlimited amount of time and a room full of monkeys will yield a perfect cup of coffee (by Costa's standards)

So this advert is firstly a complete insult to Shakespeare and secondly a ridiculously idiotic advertising agency who decided this would be a good campaign.

My remote has a mute button - it get's hit as soon as there is any sign of a advert - sometimes I miss time it and cut off the most important bit of what we were watching. -- I always thought she was Ok but I never heard her and still haven't - she can nod her head on me any day though.
