The ‘yoof’ seen to be co-ordinating the attacks using IT and it appears that that method is more effective and fairly quick (certainly faster than any police response so far). Water cannon could never keep up with the movement of these kids. You’d need cannon of virtually every street corner across each city being targeted. Is it just the young age of the some of the kids causing the trouble that is holding back the use of tear gas? Did you hear the young girls on the BBC earlier this morning? Unbelievable! My company has told us that should we be caught up in any of this we are just to forget about work and get the heck out of there.Unfortunately my areas are Luton,Bedford,Wellingborough amongst others so just hoping i dont. Maybe we should mobilise the pigeon watch community to help, I am sure we could muster quite an arsenal! I hope all the innocent people are safe this evening and that their property and possessions receive the protection they deserve. I am lucky living in a small village, but if it kicked off I would have to do everything I could to prevent them from damaging my possessions. 36g of no.5 ought to make them think twice... I work in Uxbridge and our office was instructed to close and send people home by the Police about half three this afternoon, been rumours of it going to kick off all day in the area though to be honest when I went into town at lunchtime it looked just the same as it always does - a ****hole full of scum lol !
