Anyone else getting heavy snow?

We have been getting the odd flurry of sleet on and off all day and it was the same while I was on the phone a while ago. Then, without warning it really started snowing quite heavily, and still is now.

The first photo was taken just after it started and the second was taken less than 5 minutes later - You can see the difference and judge for yourself how heavy it is snowing. Let's hope it doesn't continue snowing for too long! We'll see how it looks in the morning.

None down ere  , although the temperature did drop quite dramatically at about 17.00 this evening

You mean it fell as low as 5 :D :D :D

Only time you had real snow was in '63 - started on boxing day and lasted 'till March. Farlington Marshes were solid as was the creek, even Langstone harbour behind the Hayling ferry froze over :/:yes:
