Lampwick
Well it's Lent again and as usual the challenge is accepted! This year it will see be giving up crisps and chocolate until Easter Sunday!!!! (and Walkers have brought out their mystery flavours! Which I like) I've toyed with the idea of giving up the booze but that's hard enough during the week let alone forty days and forty nights!!! So anyone else setting themselves a challenge
Thunderbird
I've been off the booze completely since mid January and also on a cholesterol lowering diet. I'm not giving up anything else!!

Doc Holliday
Alcohol & cigars for me. I do it for th mental challenge and a small bit of spirituality if I'm honest. There is a young lady whom works at The Huntsman in Eridge who gives up solid food for Lent and gets folk to sponsor her. Amazing challenge. I think she lives off Slimfast and few other dietry aids. But If I could give up the fags for 40 days, then what the **** would be the point in starting again? ps I won't be stoping smoking for lent, have promised to stop when my FAC lands on the doormat.
