Halloumi has been called squeaky cheese in my house since my youngest had some when she was about 4, she said it squeaked when she bit into in. henry d Posted March 25, 2013 Report Share Posted March 25, 2013 Caboc is a long time favourite, if you like a soft cheese (but it has to be room temp.) and Cornish Yarg was a one I had for the first time last September, with port from the Senior rates mess in Raleigh Plus any blues as I`m not too fussy about them, they are all lovely.
