Love me macwets. i have 2 different ones. light ones for the warm days and then the long cuff ones for the rest of the time.

they are not water proof but i have not have cold hands yet from using them for two years. good grip, i can load a 22lr CZ mag while wearing them plus good for soaking the rain off the scope.

Another vote for MacWets here. Iv worn mine for 3 years beating and shooting, shotgun, rifles and air rifles, lamping and dog walking. Ive washed mine in the washing machine and they are still great, hense i treated my self to a new pair at the weekend at the MGF.

As said not water proof but i tried seal skins on and dodnt like them at all.

Regards

Matt

Dude, I bought a pair of black cycling gloves with rubberised palms from Aldi for £3.99.

Keep my hands in my pockets when I aint shooting..........these keep the chill off when I am up in the stand, and the level of grip is outstanding ( good news cuz the chequerings long gone on my old hammer gun !! )

Pigeon shooting: DeerHunter AP Camo gloves ( also have rubberised grips ) £7.99 great gloves with long cuffs, very comfy.

Suit you sir !!!

Macwets often come up in conversation on these topics and they are not great in my view.

They have a much better marketing department than product!

Gloves will be very personal to the individual, but spread your horizons wide, don't think your local gun dealer is the only place to look!

:good:
