Just found this thread and I am deeply impressed. I started after Christmas, weigh myself every Thursday. After Christmas I was bang on 18st weighed myself this morning (3weeks in) and I weigh 17 st 4lbs

 

My wife is on slimming world so I have been following that. Portion size for me is a problem and I do love a pizze so kurbing them.

 

I also track my walks, logs with run keeper. This spurs me on to do more.

 

I also find making extra portions of dinner and freezing them for lunches then I am not buying rubbish while at work

I have to shift couple of stones, i'm desperate for something which actually works for me... :blush:

I have simply cut out all the rubbish food biscuits chocolate crisps and others. Now have 3 wheetabix for breakie, 2 portions of fruit and a packet of snack a jacks for 10 o'clock,salad fruit weight watchers crisps for lunch,normal evening meal but no pre packed rubbish then instead of a packet of biscuits that i usually have about 8 i have now opted for a bowl of cheerios. It;s working for me so trying to stick to it but the customers always bring the biscuits out with the tea very very tempting.
