remmyman
No real surprise as the guy is a phenomenon. Get ready for the usual GD knockers though. Personally I'm proud he's one of ours Regards remmyman

JDog
I have never shot a clay in my life yet I do appreciate that Digweed is the best there has ever been at clays/pigeons/game etc.

washerboy
Seen him shoot on you tube and he comes across as so relaxed and has no airs and graces. Well done the man
poontang
he comes across as so relaxed I suspect that's a major part of his success. Without a doubt he can handle a shotgun, but he must have supreme confidence in his own ability to kill any target presented to him with such regularity. It's that confidence and his ability to produce under pressure that sets him apart from most shooters in my opinion.

Cranfield
I have met him a few times (not that he would ever remember ) and he is very pleasant, approachable and quite willing to have a chat. Apart from being a sporting phenomenon and a legend, he is a darn nice bloke. Congratulations GD.
Gordon R
Cranfield - that is an interesting aspect. I was a big Alex Higgins fan. The man was a legend at a snooker table, but obnoxious off the table. There are many other sportsmen, who don't live up to the image, but George presents shooting in a good light. washerboy
Met a few sporting greats at boxing night outs and most were happy to chat and sign autographs. Frank Bruno was the best, it was like watching a one man rehearsed comedy act. Henry cooper was the most unpleasant, maybe just an off day. dr. lecter
last year at Hepworth hall , deershooter and I had a chat with mr digweed , we found him polite and helpful very witty too so top marks George . I also met henery cooper in woolworths grantham branch he was promoting brut aftershave (that dates me) but our henery was nice as pie , he put the great ali on his **** that's for sure ! met alex Higgins and jimmy white too at stoke rochford hall the very night barry mcqigan lost his title alex and jimmy were very nice signing autographs and chatting . some people with half their talent are so obnoxious . any body met my music hero bowie ?
