grrclark
That's the problem with a lot of these modern crisps, they have the 'baguette effect' on the gums and soft parts. Where else do you Cotswolds lads put your crisps or your baguettes for that matter? I agree, modern crisps are far too mouth aggressive. Thunderbird
Next thing you'll be suggesting toasted cheese flavour for all love!... It won't answer. May no new thing arise, eh? A glass with you. Where else do you Cotswolds lads put your crisps or your baguettes for that matter? I agree, modern crisps are far too mouth aggressive. Actually I'm not sure whether baguettes or crisps have even made an appearance at our gourmet extravaganza. If they did they would probably be outlandishly flavoured, and unpopular with the above (but one) quoted. Thunderbird
Remember Fish and Chips? You can get them again now. Perhaps they're more biscuits than crisps, but they are savoury so hopefully they count. Edited January 6, 2015 by Thunderbird

grrclark
The original fish and chips were fabulous too, very vinegary. Not seen them for year and years. For the ultimate trashy snack combo, something like fish and chip crisps washed down with a glass of cremola foam, oh yes.

SuperGoose75
Tayto, cheese and onion. Anyone who has had a bag will know. Not being Biased' but in My opinion The Southern Irish Tayto Cheese and onion are a superior tasting crisp. Two different companies and i have eaten many packets of both. I used to like the "Golden wonder" Spring onion flavour crisps available in the North before they changed' just dont taste like they once did. Im a Cheese and onion man and like many brands "Walkers sensations' Tyrrells ect Crisps from my youth' when they where 10p a packet Bikers- Spicy flavour Hotlips- spicy Mummys-pickled onion Chipsticks-Salt and vinegar jonnie onion rings meanies-pickled onion burger bites chickatees Banshee bones-salt and vinegar
