Where else do you Cotswolds lads put your crisps or your baguettes for that matter?

 

I agree, modern crisps are far too mouth aggressive.

Actually I'm not sure whether baguettes or crisps have even made an appearance at our gourmet extravaganza. If they did they would probably be outlandishly flavoured, and unpopular with the above (but one) quoted. Edited by Thunderbird

The original fish and chips were fabulous too, very vinegary. Not seen them for year and years.

 

For the ultimate trashy snack combo, something like fish and chip crisps washed down with a glass of cremola foam, oh yes.

Cream soda from superdrug next to canterbury bus station. Eh? Isnt it? ... Young boys,.......jumpers for goal posts...

Tayto, cheese and onion. Anyone who has had a bag will know.

 

Not being Biased' but in My opinion The Southern Irish Tayto Cheese and onion are a superior tasting crisp. Two different companies and i have eaten many packets of both.

 

I used to like the "Golden wonder" Spring onion flavour crisps available in the North before they changed' just dont taste like they once did.

 

Im a Cheese and onion man and like many brands "Walkers sensations' Tyrrells ect

 

Crisps from my youth' when they where 10p a packet

 

Bikers- Spicy flavour

Hotlips- spicy

Mummys-pickled onion

Chipsticks-Salt and vinegar

jonnie onion rings

meanies-pickled onion

burger bites

chickatees

Banshee bones-salt and vinegar

Spar own brand burger bites.

 

they are stunning....

 

i also love ready salted hula hoops and at the moment am eating roast turkey & stuffing from tavern, not a brand ive seen before but their amazing and luckily for me dairy free

 

also love lidls haggis and black pepper
