steveyg Posted April 17, 2015 Report Share Posted April 17, 2015 After a cracking day with my father last week I have been watching the same drilled field all week and the pigeon numbers have increased nicely so decided to give it a go today with my father again. No pigeons about in the morning however the corvids/Jd's were keeping us amused. Pigeons numbers started to improve and the combination of the magnet & flapper were catching their attention. Fantastic few hours sport,my father hit another PB with 39 (15 pigeons the rest mixed corvids) for 76 cartridges...another cracking ratio with his 30 year old Remington auto. I finished with 75 picked (61 pigeons & 14 mixed corvids) Jdog your on a bottle of champers.... The auto is defo going...it cost me 20 birds today,I am struggling with it big time. hey ho,it was a quality day.
