I sent my FAC in to be amended after a purchase and asked for it to be opened it came back today with the following The firearms and ammunition shall be used for shooting any lawful quarry and for zeroing on ranges, or land over which the holder has lawful authority to shoot' So is it open or closed Thanks and once again sorry for repeating a much asked question Jim

camojohn
When I got my FAC renewed back in January I asked for it to be open. But mine has the same as above but also has "land deemed suitable by the chief officer of the police" So what dose that make mine Open or Closed? bluesj
I had "close" and "open" on the same certificate for different guns, open on every thing but with a condition on 3 about their use.
