Westley
Well, if you can not use your phone, you may as well have a coffee and a sandwich, after all, not much else to do !

decoy1979
I'd say that eating an apple is probably acceptable but if it were an orange he was taking the pith!
Vince Green
If eating and drinking at the wheel is illegal then I break the law every day

TaxiDriver
You wanna try eating a Penguin. I can never get their dinner jackets off, (especially whilst driving a motor vehicle)

norfolk dumpling
Try adjusting the heating on a new R/Rover when you are driving - having decided whether it was my heated seat or my heated steering wheel or my passengers comfort or my own I sort of gave up and went for the radio instead!! Not my car by the way but on a serious note if you crash because your bum or hands were too warm would that get you into hot water?
Vince Green
Coming out of the end of my road this morning, my way was blocked by the dustcart coming the other way. So I had to wait while they moved past me, They make no attempt to speed up so I spent several minutes watching the driver of the dustcart texting on his phone. Oh how I wish I had a dashcam
